What is the Tiny Headed Kingdom?
It seems like everyone always wants to fit in — to wear the right clothes, eat the right food, live in the right neighborhood.
What is so great about fitting in? Isn’t it is much more fun to be different?
Well, our tiny headed animals are different. They have tiny heads. And they are for people who feel different too. Our mission (if that’s what you want to call it) is this:
Come to the Tiny Headed Kingdom. In the Kingdom, we get to be different together. Not only is it more fun, it’s a lot easier. You don’t have to change, hide or pretend — you just have to show up.
Can I order them in bulk / for my retail store?
THK is proud to distribute our lovable pals to our global audience, and our website is intended for retail purchase. If you are interested in purchasing in bulk, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the care routine for tiny headed plush products?
We recommend only surface washing our animals with a clean cloth. Do not bleach them either as this damages the material. Our stuffed animals will remain soft for a long period of time if cared for correctly.
How long does domestic shipping take?
We do our best to process all orders within 2 business days after purchase, and we ship from California. The time it takes us to process and ship your order is not included in the USPS/UPS estimate for delivery times.
Once packages leave our warehouse, USPS and UPS provide estimates for delivery speed. Please note that these are only estimates and neither USPS nor UPS provide shipping speed guarantees on any shipping method other than overnight delivery. Most Domestic U.S. orders typically then take 3-4 business days to arrive once packages leave our warehouse. This range may vary due to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions, severe weather patterns, and peak holiday season demand.
Please note that a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, or any holidays observed by Postal Agencies.
If your package is in transit and you have tracking information, then you have the same information we do on your package! If your tracking shows delivered and you have not yet received your item, we recommend you first contact your local post office or local UPS delivery driver to inquire about its whereabouts.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you don’t have it yet, it could be because USPS delivered to a neighbor’s mailbox, or possibly because USPS erroneously scanned your package as “delivered” once it reached the post office closest to your home. In cases like this, it typically takes a few extra business days for your package to get into your mailbox. If you do not see it within 2-3 days after getting the “package delivered” notification on your tracking number, please shoot us an email - we would be happy to help you!
If more than 10 days have passed since your package was marked "delivered", we unfortunately will have no recourse with USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, please notify us on the next business day!
How long does international shipping take?
We do our best to process all orders within 2 business days after purchase, and we ship from California. A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, or any holidays observed by Postal Agencies.
We highly encourage international customers to pay for expedited shipping!
International orders with USPS First Class International Shipping typically arrive 14-20 business days (Mon-Friday) after orders are shipped. Please note that there are sometimes courier and customs delays beyond our control, so this time frame is simply an estimation.
THK is not responsible for any customs fee or taxes levied by destination countries. If you are interested in purchasing a tiny headed pal from a far away land, please understand any fees you may incur prior to making your purchase.
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to: Russia, Estonia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Croatia, Poland, Mexico, Middle East, Africa, Central & South America.
How much does international shipping cost?
International Shipping Prices vary and typically start at $20-$25 for USPS First Class International service depending on what products are purchased. International Shipping prices increase based on weight, package size, and shipping method, and customs/duty fees may apply depending on destination. We encourage you to research these fees in advance!
What materials are the Tiny Heads made of?
Each stuffed animal is made of love and a soft synthetic material with stuffing.
How do I clean my Tiny Headed pal?
We recommend wiping plush materials by hand with a damp, clean cloth or sponge using warm water or mild soap in order to get rid of any dirt or stains. Once dry, brush to restore appearance of the pile. We do not recommend putting tiny headed plush pals into the washing machine or the dryer. We don't think their tiny heads will shrink, but this can lead to ripping/loosening of the stich work and immense sadness will ensue.
Can I give this to my toddler?
Absolutely. We do recommend keeping an eye on your toddler if you order the small 7” size stuffed animal, as it includes a key chain component.

How does THK package its shipments?
We ship most of our products in yellow poly bags. Occasionally if we determine that a specific order is too large for our poly bags or fragile, we will use a box. Our yellow box tape is printed with our Pip logo (bear with a heart). Our yellow poly bags come with a THK sticker on the shipping label. Our packing slips do not contain pricing information, but they will include any personalized note you've attached to your order.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We only offer exchanges on defective or damaged goods, and our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us first so we can be on the look out for your package. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with shipping instructions.
Please also note that SALE items are always final sale!
We do not offer refunds on defective/damaged items. We will gladly exchange any defective/damaged item for the same product.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you decide you need to cancel or modify an order, please let us know as soon as possible! Although we allow for two business days of processing, our shipping ninjas often turn orders within 24 hours. We always do our best to work with customers and make sure that the end result works for everyone, however once an order leaves the warehouse we cannot cancel or modify it.
My product was damaged in shipping - what do I do?
If the product was damaged during shipping, let us know and send us a photo of the damage to email@example.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request and work with you on a solution.
What happens if I entered the wrong address for shipping?
Please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the correct address, we will do our best to accommodate your request and work with you on a solution. Our shipping department moves pretty quickly! If you provide the wrong address, we reserve the right to charge for the reprocessing and reshipment of your item. In the event a package is returned to THK, you may choose to pay for reshipment, or THK can refund your purchase minus the initial S&H cost.
Is your item a gift?
We never include pricing information on our packing slips, so if your order is a gift you need not worry about the purchase price being disclosed!
Do you accept PayPal and Amazon Pay?
Yes, we happily accept PayPal & Amazon Pay. Simply select the payment option of your choice in checkout.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes we do! If it is Visa, Mastercard, or American Express - we accept it.

Our shipping facility is closely following every protocol mandated by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and we are in close communication with them to ensure that your packages are being handled safely.
Current information from both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) states that there is no evidence coronavirus can be contracted from packages, especially after days or weeks of travel at ambient temperatures. Please refer to these organizations for more virus-related information in their FAQ sections.
USPS and UPS postal carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please hang in there our pals are worth the wait! Refer to the tracking information provided at the time of shipment for the most up-to-date information on your package.
At this time, for international shipments: USPS First Class International times may exceed our normal 14-20 business day guesstimate.
