  1. What is the Tiny Headed Kingdom?

It seems like everyone always wants to fit in — to wear the right clothes, eat the right food, live in the right neighborhood. 

What is so great about fitting in? Isn’t it is much more fun to be different? 

Well, our tiny headed animals are different. They have tiny heads. And they are for people who feel different too. Our mission (if that’s what you want to call it) is this: 

Come to the Tiny Headed Kingdom. In the Kingdom, we get to be different together. Not only is it more fun, it’s a lot easier. You don’t have to change, hide or pretend — you just have to show up. 

  1. What is the care routine for the products?

For our plushies, we recommend surface washing them only with a clean cloth. Do not bleach them either as this damages the material. Our stuffed animals will remain soft for a long period of time if cared for correctly.

  1. What is your typical shipping time to US/CA/AU/UK/JP/KR?

We do our best to process all orders within 2 business days after purchase, and we ship from California.

Domestic U.S. orders typically then take 3-4 business days to arrive once the package has left our warehouse. 

International orders typically arrive 10-14 business days after leaving our warehouse. Please note that there are sometimes customs delays beyond our control. 

  1. What materials are the Tiny Heads made of? 

Each stuffed animal is made of love, and a soft synthetic material with stuffing.  

  1. Can I give this to my toddler?

Absolutely. We do recommend keeping an eye on your toddler if you order the small 6.75” size stuffed animal, as it includes a keychain component.

  1. What is your Return Policy / Refund Policy?


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We only offer refunds or exchanges on defective or damaged goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you decide you need to cancel or modify an order, please let us know as soon as possible! Although we allow for two business days of processing, our shipping ninjas often turn orders within 24 hours. We always do our best to work with customers and make sure that the end result works for everyone!  

  1. My product was damaged in shipping - what do I do?

If the product was damaged during shipping, let us know and send us a photo of the damage to, we will do our best to accomodate your request and work with you on a solution.
